②道や川の異常個所を撮影
③自動的に写真と位置情報を送信

●詳細レポート（詳細レポート機能）
道や川の異常について、2枚の写真と位置情報及び内容を通報する機能です。
①「詳細レポート」をタップ
②近景写真にて、異常個所を撮影
③遠景写真にて、以上箇所の道路や河川との位置関係を撮影
④地図上で位置を補正
⑤通報する事象を選択
⑥通報内容を確認して送信

【留意事項】
・パトレポしまねは無料でご利用いただけますが、アプリのダウンロード及び、通報にかかる通信費用については、ご利用いただく方のご負担となります。
・時間帯によっては、すぐに対応できない場合があります。
・写真を撮影される際は、周囲の状況に注意し、安全であることを確認してください。
・自動車等の運転中には利用しないでください。
・通報頂いた内容によっては、対応に時間を要する場合もございますので、ご了承ください。
・島根県外からの通報はできません。

【免責事項】
・システムのトラブル等によりパトレポしまねが利用できなかった場合、データの消失その他の不具合が発生した場合、島根県はいかなる責任も負いません。

【Main function】
● Create report (simple report function)
It is a function to notify abnormality of roads and rivers with photos and location information with simple operation.
① Tap “Create Report”
② Shoot an abnormal part of a road or a river
③ Send photos and location information automatically

● Detailed report (detailed report function)
It is a function to report 2 photos and location information and contents about abnormality of roads and rivers.
① Tap “Detailed Report”
② Shooting abnormal parts in the close-up photograph
③ Shooting the positional relationship with the roads and rivers in the above part in a distant view photograph
④ Correct the position on the map
⑤ Select the event to report
⑥ Check the contents of the report and send

· Patorepo Shimane can be used free of charge, but for the downloading of the application and the communication cost related to reporting, it will be borne by those who use it.
· Depending on the time zone, it may not be possible to correspond immediately.
· When taking pictures, please pay attention to the surrounding situation and confirm that it is safe.
· Please do not use while driving the car etc.

このアプリケーションは、PC/Mac ユーザーのために利用できて、そして作り付けのグーグル PlayStore を持っています。これは、コンピュータ上の電話のように動作し、あなたのコンピュータ上で パトレポしまね を実行できるようになります。

インストールプロセス全体で、アクティブなインターネット接続が必要です。

2. エミュレーターアプリをコンピューターにインストールする

これは、インターネット接続と PC に応じて2〜5分かかる場合があります。アプリを起動し、Gmail でサインインします。

3. Bluestacks ホーム画面で、検索アイコンをクリックし、 “パトレポしまね ” を入力して、[検索] をクリックします。[インストール] をクリックして表示される多くのアプリケーションから適切なアプリを選択します。

4. ダウンロードしたすべてのアプリケーションがホーム画面に表示され、エミュレーターの “マイアプリ ” タブを使用して最小化またはアクセスできます。

5. アプリを起動し、pc で パトレポしまね の使用を開始します。
