・運転中のご利用は、法令を遵守し安全運転を最優先としてください。

Q：位置情報が取得できなくてドライブスタートできない
A：端末のGPS機能の利用がONになっているかご確認ください。　設定アプリの「位置情報サービス」より「Googleの位置情報」と「GPS機能を使用」を有効にしてください。

Q：GPS機能の利用がONでも位置情報が取得できない
A：地下やビルの駐車場等でドライブスタートすると、位置情報が取得できないケースがあります。その場合は、一度屋外の広い場所に移動して再度お試しください。また、高層ビルの間はGPSの感度が落ちやすいです。

Q：位置情報がおかしい、現在地から離れた場所にいる
A：GPSがうまく取得できていないため、一度屋外の広い場所に移動して再度お試しください。それでもダメな場合は、端末再起動で取得出来る場合があります。
