「netprint」は、端末内に保存されているファイルを、日本国内のセブン‐イレブン 店舗にある富士ゼロックス製カラー複合機（通称：マルチコピー機）からいつでもどこでもプリントできる、とても便利なツールです。

●端末のソフトウェアアップデートを実行されたお客様へ
netprintアプリでログインを保持した状態で端末のソフトウェアアップデートを実行された場合、「ユーザー情報が正しくありません。(102)」と表示される場合があります。
このメッセージが表示された場合は、「オプション」タブより一度ログアウトをしていただき、再度ログインしていただきますよう、お願いいたします。

●「開発者オプション」にて設定変更をされているお客様へ
Android4.0以上にて「開発者オプション – アプリ」の「Activityを保持しない(破棄する)」設定を行っている場合は、正常に動作が行われません。
netprintアプリをご利用の際は、「Activityを保持しない(破棄する)」設定を解除してご利用ください。

●netprintでできること
– 写真、文書、テキストのプリント

– 他アプリとの連携による文書（PDF、XDW）や画像ファイル（JPEG, PNG）のプリント

●ご利用手順
操作はカンタン、3つのステップでプリントできます。
1) ファイルを登録（netprintアプリからの登録、メール送信による登録、他のアプリからnetprintアプリを呼び出して登録）。
（※ファイルのアップロードは無料です。通信にかかる費用はお客様のご負担となります。）
（※一部アプリではnetprintアプリを呼び出せない場合があります。）
2) 印刷設定を行い「プリント予約番号(8桁)」を発行。
3) 最寄りのセブン‐イレブン 店舗のマルチコピー機でプリント予約番号を入力。
（※プリント料金は別途必要です。）
●ご利用条件
– 「ネットプリントサービス basic」へのユーザー登録が必要です。
（※登録は無料です。通信にかかる費用はお客様のご負担となります。）
– 本アプリは、日本語にのみ対応しています。
– 通信にかかる費用はお客様のご負担となります。
– デバイスは、Android端末にのみ対応しています。
– OSは、Android 4.4、5.0～5.1、6.0、7.0～7.1、8.0～8.1 に対応（動作確認）しています。
（※Android OSが上記以外の端末でもインストールは可能な場合がありますが、動作保証はしておりませんのでご了承ください。）
– 登録できるファイルは以下の通りです。
　1)アプリからの登録の場合：
　　Windows日本語版Microsoft Office2007/2010/2013、PDF1.3-1.7、XPS、DocuWorks3.0以降の文書、マルチページTIFF、JPEG、PNG
　2)他アプリから呼び出して登録の場合：
　　PDF1.3-1.7、DocuWorks3.0以降の文書、JPEG、PNG
　3)メール送信による登録の場合：
　　メール本文(プレーンテキスト、HTML)、Windows日本語版Microsoft Office2007/2010/2013、PDF1.3-1.7、XPS、DocuWorks3.0以降の文書、マルチページTIFF、JPEG、PNG、TXT、HTML
– 本サービスでは、日本国内のセブン‐イレブン 店舗のマルチコピー機でのみプリント可能です。
– サービス時間帯は24時間365日です。ただし、月1回メンテナンスがあります。（アプリのお知らせで事前に通知）
– プリントするときに、以下のプリント料金をお支払いいただきます。
（すべて1枚当たりの金額です。）
　白黒（B5/A4/B4/A3/はがきサイズ）：20円
　カラー（B5/A4/B4/はがきサイズ）：60円
　カラー（A3サイズ）：100円
　カラー（Lサイズフォト用紙）：30円

PC 上で netprint を使用する方法

このアプリケーションは、PC/Mac ユーザーのために利用できて、そして作り付けのグーグル PlayStore を持っています。これは、コンピュータ上の電話のように動作し、あなたのコンピュータ上で netprint を実行できるようになります。

インストールプロセス全体で、アクティブなインターネット接続が必要です。

2. エミュレーターアプリをコンピューターにインストールする

これは、インターネット接続と PC に応じて2〜5分かかる場合があります。アプリを起動し、Gmail でサインインします。

3. Bluestacks ホーム画面で、検索アイコンをクリックし、 “netprint ” を入力して、[検索] をクリックします。[インストール] をクリックして表示される多くのアプリケーションから適切なアプリを選択します。

4. ダウンロードしたすべてのアプリケーションがホーム画面に表示され、エミュレーターの “マイアプリ ” タブを使用して最小化またはアクセスできます。

5. アプリを起動し、pc で netprint の使用を開始します。
