RFID BOXとは

スマートフォンやタブレットへ簡単にRFID機能をプラスする、セパレート型UHF帯RFIDリーダライタ「DOTR-900Jシリーズ」の専用アプリです。
DOTR-900Jシリーズの電波強度やブザー音量などの基本設定をはじめ、ICタグの読み取り・書き込み・探索機能を備えています。
また、直感的に操作できるデザインのため、電波強度を調整して読み取り距離に変化を出したり、隠したICタグを探索機能で見つけるなど、初めての方でも簡単にお使いいただけます。

RFID BOXの使い方
=================
本アプリの使い方を簡単にご紹介します。
DOTR-900Jシリーズ（以下リーダー）の設定は、アプリに表示される解説を参考に行ってください。

◎初めに行うこと – リーダーと端末を接続
—————————————-
1）アプリを起動しBluetoothを有効にします。
2）リーダーの電源を入れ、アプリの「リーダースキャン」をタップします。
3）使用するリーダーをタップし、リーダーから「ピピッ」と音がしたら接続完了です。アプリでICタグの読み取り・書き込み・探索が行えるようになります。

●ICタグを読む – 方法は2種類あります

＜設定画面から直接実行＞
1）設定画面を表示させたままリーダー側面の照射ボタンを押すか、アプリ下部の「読取」をタップします。
2）読み取ったICタグの情報が表示されます。
3）照射ボタンを離すかアプリ下部の「停止」をタップすると、ICタグの読み取りが停止します。
4）アプリ下部の「リスト隠す」をタップすると設定画面に戻ります。

＜アプリ「タグ読み取り」から実行＞
1）画面下部のアプリタブから「タグ読み取り」をタップします。
2）リーダー側面の照射ボタンを押すか、アプリに表示されている「自動読取」をタップします。
3）照射ボタンを離すかアプリに表示されている「読取停止」をタップすると、ICタグの読み取りが停止します。

アプリでタグ読み取りを実行すると、電波強弱や読み取り時間の経過などを見ることができます。

●ICタグにデータを書き込む
—————————————-
アプリタブ内の「タグ書き込み」を使用します。データはご自身で採番できる他、自動採番機能もあります。

1）書き込むデータを採番します。
2）リーダーのアンテナ部分にICタグを近づけます。
3）「タグ書込」をタップし、書き込みを実行します。
※電波強度を上げると、近くに置いてある他のICタグにも書き込まれる可能性があります。

●ICタグの探索
—————————————-
UHF帯の特長を活かして特定のICタグを探しだすことができます。

1）探索するICタグのコードを入力します。
2）「Start」をタップして探索を開始します。

特定のICタグに近づくと、ICタグ受信電波強度は強くなり、リーダーが出力する電波強度は弱くなっていきます。
ICタグの受信電波強度の反応がより強い方へ向かうことでICタグを特定します。

NFCを利用したリーダーと端末のペアリング（接続）について
========================================
NFC機能がついたスマートフォンやタブレットでは、NFCタグにタッチすることでリーダーとの接続が簡単に行えます。
NFCタグの設定およびリーダーとの接続方法は下記をご参考ください。

1）リーダーと端末を接続し、アプリ上部に表示される「MAC」を確認します。
2）NFCタグに、確認したMACを[text/plain]形式で[00:00:00:00:00:00]のように半角で書き込みます。
3）端末のNFCとBluetoothを有効にし、RFIDBOXの「NFCペアリング」を選択します。
4）「タッチしてください」と表示されたら端末をNFCタグにタッチします。
5）リーダーから「ピピッ」と音がしたら接続完了です。

2回目以降のNFCペアリングは、3）～5）の手順で行えます。
MACを書き込んだNFCタグをリーダーに貼付すると、複数のリーダーがあっても迷わずペアリングすることが可能です。

※NFCタグをご準備いただく必要があります。

What is an RFID BOX?
=================
It is a special application of the separate type UHF band RFID reader / writer “DOTR – 900J series” which plus RFID function easily to a smartphone or tablet.
We have read, write and search function of IC tag including basic setting such as DOTR-900J series radio field intensity and buzzer volume.
Moreover, because it is a design that can be operated intuitively, it is easy for you to use it for the first time, such as adjusting the radio wave intensity to change the reading distance or finding the hidden IC tag with the search function.
Customers who purchase DOTR – 900J series, as well as customers evaluating demonstration machines can try this application!

How to use RFID BOX
=================
I will briefly introduce how to use this application.
Please refer to the explanation displayed in the application for the setting of DOTR-900J series (hereafter called leader).

◎ What to do first – Connect leader and terminal
——————————————
1) Activate the application and activate Bluetooth.
2) Turn on the reader and tap “Reader scan” of the application.
3) Tap the leader to use and when the beep sounds “popping” from the reader, the connection is completed. IC tag reading, writing, search can be performed with the application.

● IC tag reading – There are two ways
——————————————

1) With the setting screen displayed, press the irradiation button on the side of the reader or tap “Scanning” at the bottom of the application.
2) Information on the read IC tag is displayed.
3) When you release the irradiation button or tap “stop” at the bottom of the application, reading of the IC tag stops.
4) Tap “Hide List” at the bottom of the application to return to the setting screen.

1) Tap “Read Tag” from the application tab at the bottom of the screen.
2) Press the irradiation button on the side of the reader or tap “Auto read” displayed in the application.
3) When you release the irradiation button or tap “Read stop” displayed in the application, reading of the IC tag stops.

When tag reading is executed with the application, you can see the strength of the radio wave, elapsed time of reading time etc.

● Write data to the IC tag

Use “tag writing” in the application tab. Data can be numbered by yourself, as well as automatic numbering function.

1) Number the data to be written.
2) Move the IC tag closer to the antenna part of the reader.
3) Tap “Write tag” and execute writing.
※ If you increase the radio field strength, it may be written to other IC tags that are located nearby.

● Search for IC tags

Utilizing the features of the UHF band, you can find specific IC tags.

1) Enter the code of the IC tag to be searched.
2) Tap “Start” to start the search.

When approaching a specific IC tag, the radio wave intensity received by the IC tag becomes stronger, and the intensity of the radio wave output by the reader becomes weaker.
Identify the IC tag by moving toward the stronger response of the received radio field strength of the IC tag.

Pairing (connection) between leader and terminal using NFC
=================================================
For smartphones and tablets with NFC functions, you can easily connect to the reader by touching the NFC tag.
Please refer to the following for NFC tag setting and connection method with reader.

1) Connect the reader to the terminal and check “MAC” displayed at the top of the application.
2) Write the confirmed MAC to the NFC tag in [text / plain] format in half size as [00: 00: 00: 00: 00: 00].
3) Enable NFC and Bluetooth of the terminal and select “NFC pairing” of RFIDBOX.
4) When “Please touch” is displayed, touch the terminal with the NFC tag.
5) When a sound is heard from the reader, the connection is completed.

The second and subsequent NFC pairing can be done by the procedure of 3) to 5).
Pasting the NFC tag with MAC written on the reader makes it possible to pair without hesitation even if there are multiple readers.

※ We need to prepare the NFC tag.
※ Please obtain the application for NFC tag writing from Google Play.

When you use

RFIDBOX is a dedicated application for the DOTR – 900J series (https://rfid.tss21.co.jp/product/dotr – 900j /).
Even if you do not have a reader at hand, you can check the settings of the reader, but if you try all the functions, sorry for your inconvenience but please request or purchase the demonstration machine.

PC 上で RFID BOX を使用する方法

あなたは、あなたの PC で RFID BOX のようなアプリケーションを使うことを夢見ていますか?pc-Windows または MAC での作業 RFID BOX を取得するには、以下の手順に従ってください。

1. これらの Android エミュレータのいずれかをダウンロード

このアプリケーションは、PC/Mac ユーザーのために利用できて、そして作り付けのグーグル PlayStore を持っています。これは、コンピュータ上の電話のように動作し、あなたのコンピュータ上で RFID BOX を実行できるようになります。

インストールプロセス全体で、アクティブなインターネット接続が必要です。

2. エミュレーターアプリをコンピューターにインストールする

これは、インターネット接続と PC に応じて2〜5分かかる場合があります。アプリを起動し、Gmail でサインインします。

3. Bluestacks ホーム画面で、検索アイコンをクリックし、 “RFID BOX ” を入力して、[検索] をクリックします。[インストール] をクリックして表示される多くのアプリケーションから適切なアプリを選択します。

4. ダウンロードしたすべてのアプリケーションがホーム画面に表示され、エミュレーターの “マイアプリ ” タブを使用して最小化またはアクセスできます。

5. アプリを起動し、pc で RFID BOX の使用を開始します。
