・この辞典アプリは、オンライン辞書となっており、インターネットが繋がる環境でご使用ください。
・ユーザー個人が特定できる情報は取得しておりませんので安心してご利用いただけます。
・左官辞典アプリは左官職人のみならず、建築に関わるすべての方にオススメできるアプリです。
・このアプリは左官辞典に掲載されている約3,200語を収録しており、今後も追加修正していく予定です。

現在公開しているバージョンはパブリックベータバージョンであり、ご利用料金は無料です。
正式版公開時についても無料でご利用いただけます。（要別途通信費等）
今回のパブリックベータを通じて多くのお客さまから不具合、改善点のご報告等をいただき、操作性や品質の向上を目指します。

【「左官辞典」Androidアプリ利用規約】

本利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます）は、お客様に、株式会社ヤブ原（以下「当社」といいます）が提供する「左官辞典」Android アプリ（以下「本アプリ」といいます）をご使用頂く際の条件を定めるものです。お客様が本規約に同意されていない場合、本アプリをご使用いただくことはできませんので、その場合は直ちに本アプリのダウンロード、インストール又は使用を中止してください。本アプリをダウンロード、インストール又は使用する場合、お客様は本規約に同意したものとします。

第１条 （本アプリの提供の目的）
お客様のAndroid搭載端末（以下「対応端末」といいます）にダウンロードされた本アプリを使用して、当社のサービスをご利用いただくことを目的として提供されます。

第２条 （使用の範囲）
お客様が、本アプリを利用する対応端末・対象OS は、当社が別途指定するものに限ります。お客様が使用する対応端末および通信費は、お客様の費用と責任において負担するものとし、当社は、通信環境の不備等による本アプリの使用障害については、一切のサポートを負いません。

第３条 （著作権等の知的財産権）
１．本アプリに係る著作権等の知的財産権その他の権利は、当社に帰属します。本規約によるお客様への本アプリの使用許諾は、お客様に対する何らの権利移転等を意味するものではありません。
２．辞書データの使用は、本アプリ上でのみ使用が認められます。辞書データをAndroid端末(外部ストレージを含む)より不正に取り出したり、他の装置で使用したりすることは禁止されています。

第４条 （免責事項）
１．本アプリのご使用にあたり、当社の故意または重大な過失によるもの以外で生じた損害、および第三者からお客様に対してなされた損害賠償請求に基づく損害については一切の責任を負いません。
２．辞書データの正確性、信頼性、有用性、適格性、最新性およびそれを利用して起こりうるいかなる結果についても、一切保証致しません。辞書データの内容に関するサポートは一切行いません。

第５条 （遵守事項）
１．お客様は、第1 条に規定した目的以外に本アプリを使用してはならず、また、本アプリの一部のみをインストール又は使用してはならないものとします。
２．お客様は、本アプリを改変し、又はリバースエンジニアリング（主に、ソフトウェアの内容を解析して、人間が読み取り可能な形に変換することを指します）、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブルその他これらに類する行為をすることはできません。
３．お客様は、本アプリの全部又は一部を複製、翻案することはできません。
４．お客様は、本アプリの全部又は一部を、有償、無償を問わず、公衆送信、頒布、譲渡、貸与その他の利用をすることはできません。

第６条 （契約期間）
１．本規約は、お客様が本アプリをインストールし、使用を開始した時点をもって成立し、効力を生じるものとします。
２．当社は、お客様に事前に通知することなく、本アプリ及び本規約を変更又は終了させることができます。この場合、当社は、本アプリ及び本規約の変更又は終了の旨を、当社ホームページに掲載するなどの方法によりお客様に対し周知するものとし、当該いずれかの方法による周知の開始のときをもって本アプリ及び本規約が変更され又は終了するものとします。
３．お客様が、本規約の条項のいずれかに違反した場合、当社は何らの通知催告等の手続きなしに本規約を解除し、本規約を終了させることができるものとします。
４．本規約が終了した場合には、お客様はいかなる理由においても本アプリを使用することはできません。加えて、お客様は、自己の占有又は管理下にある本アプリ（本規約に違反して複製された複製物を含む）を全て速やかに破棄又は消去するものとします。
５．第３条、第４条及び第７条の規定は、本規約終了後も有効に存続するものとします。

第７条 （準拠法及び裁判管轄）
１．本規約に関する準拠法は、日本法とします。
２．本規約に関する紛争は東京地方裁判所、または東京簡易裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

【“左” Android application terms of use

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) are provided to customers via the “Sexan Dictionary” Android App (hereinafter referred to as the “Apps”) provided by Yabhara Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”). It defines the conditions for using. Article 1 (Purpose of providing this application)
It is provided for the purpose of using our service by using this application downloaded to your Android device (hereinafter referred to as “compatible device”).

Article 2 (Scope of use)
Supported devices and target OSs that customers use this application are limited to those specified separately by us. The compatible terminals and communication costs used by the customer will be borne by the customer’s expense and responsibility, and the Company does not take any support for any failure in using this application due to a lack of communication environment.

Article 3 (Intellectual Property Rights such as Copyright)
1. Intellectual property rights and other rights such as copyrights pertaining to this application belong to our company. The license of this application to the customer by these terms does not mean the right transfer etc. to the customer.
2. Use of dictionary data is permitted only on this application. Unauthorized retrieval of dictionary data from Android devices (including external storage) or use with other devices is prohibited.

Article 4 (Disclaimer)
1. In using this application, we do not take any responsibility for damage caused by something other than our intentional or serious negligence, and damages caused by third parties against customers.
2. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, availability, eligibility, freshness of the dictionary data or any results that may occur using it. We do not provide any support for the contents of dictionary data.

Article 5 (compliance matters)
1. You shall not use the App for any purpose other than that set forth in Article 1 and shall not install or use only a portion of the App.
2. The customer may modify this application or reverse engineer (mainly to analyze the contents of software and convert it to human readable form), decompile, disassemble and other similar activities. You can not.
3. Customers can not reproduce or adapt all or part of this application.
4. The customer can not use the public transmission, distribution, transfer, lending or other use of all or part of this application, whether paid or not.

Article 6 (Term of contract)
1. These terms and conditions are valid and effective as soon as the customer installs the application and starts using it.
2. We can change or terminate this application and this agreement without notifying you in advance. In this case, the Company shall notify the customer of changes or termination of the Application and the Terms on the Company’s website, etc., and notify the customer, and the Application will start at the time of the start of such notification. And this agreement shall be changed or terminated.
3. If you violate any of the terms of the Terms, the Company may terminate the Terms and terminate the Terms without any notification and notification procedures.
