ボーシム研のRPG風経営SLG「道具屋と魔王」の続編、ついに登場！
商売・金貸し・建築・農業・結婚・育児・戦闘・ダンジョンの冒険が出来る自由さはそのままに、さらに以下のようにパワーアップしました！（ただしLite版のため通常版より制限があります）
・広いフィールドがあり、（通常版は）飛行船で空を飛べる！他の街・村・城があります。
・アイテム数は前作「道具屋と魔王」の1.5倍！アイテム図鑑もあり、コンプリート率もわかります。
・街の人の数も前作から1.5倍に！そして街の人それぞれに固有の技・セリフがあります。
・道具屋だけでなく、レストラン経営もできます。
・トロフィー数、アイテムコンプリート率もランキングで競えるようになりました。
・お菓子工房、本屋さん、カジノなど、前作とは違う建物を街に建てられます。
・新モンスター、複数の裏ボスと隠しダンジョンがあり、やりこみ度さらにアップ！
・「道具屋と魔王」とは違う新ストーリー（前作のキャラも登場！？）
・好きな商品の値引きセールをしたり、割引券を渡したりもできます。

なお、前作とはストーリーはほとんどつながっていないため、本作が初めてでも楽しめます。
また、今作は前作のような魔王軍との戦闘が無いので、前作が苦手だった人にも向いていると思います。

■注意事項
スリープした時やバックキーを押した場合、電話がかかってきた時は、4番目の一時データで再開できます。
※Lite版は有料版と比較し、以下の制限があります。
★ストーリーの進行が途中までです。通常版にある飛行船にも乗れません。そのために得られないアイテムも多く、ゲームバランスも通常版に劣ります。
・ネットランキングへの登録ができません。
・通常版には無い広告があります。
セーブデータを通常版に引き継ぐことは出来ません。
★機種によって、縦画面では広告のため下ボタンの表示がおかしくなりますが、通常版は広告は無いためこの問題は生じません。また、横画面にすれば問題なく遊べます。

・タブレット端末の場合、「オプション」の「画面方向」を横にしてプレイしてみてください。
