◆「BS Reader S」インストールページに誘導されてしまい電子書籍を閲覧できない
標準ブラウザ以外のブラウザアプリを使っていませんか？標準ブラウザのみをサポートしている電子書籍サイトの場合、毎回インストールページに誘導されてしまい閲覧できません。標準ブラウザで電子書籍サイトにアクセスしてみてください。

※作品閲覧は「BS Reader S」を選択

◆ダウンロード出来ない
「BS Reader S」は約2.5MBです。不要なアプリを削除し必要な容量を確保してから再度お試しください。それでもダウンロードできない場合は下記手順を順番にお試しください。
1．機内モードON/OFF
2．電源ON/OFF
3．電池パック抜き差し
※1～3で解決しない場合、Google PlayのヘルプよりGoogleにお問い合せされることをお勧めします。

◆「BS Reader S」が起動しない
ホーム画面やアプリ一覧から「BS Reader S」を直接起動しても電子書籍を読むことはできません。電子書籍サイトで作品ページから「読む」などを選択すると「BS Reader S」が自動的に起動します。
※GooglePlayから「BS Reader S」の事前インストール必須

◆「5101　起動パラメータエラー」が表示される
ほとんどが機種変更などを行なった後に表示され、機種が以前と違うためにユーザー確認が取れない状況です。
詳細については、ご利用の電子書籍サイトのFAQ等をご確認ください。
解決しない場合は、ご利用の電子書籍サイトに「お問合わせ」することをお勧め致します。

◆何故か電子書籍が閲覧できない
「BS Reader S」以外のアプリ（ブラウザなど）をデフォルト設定してしまった可能性があります。コンテンツ閲覧時に表示される「アプリケーションの選択」で「BS Reader S」を選択してください。
▼以下手順をお試しください。
端末機能の「設定」→「アプリケーション」→「アプリケーション管理」→「すべて」より、デフォルト設定したアプリ（ブラウザなど）を選択。「デフォルトでの起動を消去」ボタンでデフォルト設定を消去。

2. エミュレーターアプリをコンピューターにインストールする
