迷惑メールを簡単に通報するためにこのアプリを作成しました。

日本には迷惑メール相談センターという組織があり、
迷惑メールの通報を受け付けています。

迷惑メール相談センターでは通報の方法を複数用意していますが、
どれも手順が面倒です。

このアプリでは手順を単純化し、簡単に迷惑メールを通報できるようにしました。

メールアドレスとメール本文をコピー＆ペーストして通報できます。
件名（タイトル）はあってもなくてもいいです。

通報してすぐに迷惑メールが止まるということはないですが、
通報後、迷惑メール相談センターに対処してもらえた場合、
迷惑メールを根元から断つことができます。

以下のページにて迷惑メールの通報をもとに総務省および消費者庁が措置命令を行った記録が閲覧できます。

上記の措置命令履歴の更新が2015年10月14日を最後に止まっていたので総務省にお問い合わせをしたところ、
・事業者に警告した時点で改善（迷惑メールの送信停止など）があったので、行政処分に至っていません。
・警告を無視する悪質なケースに限って行政処分が行われます。
・警告は毎月数百件行っています。
との回答が得られました。
なので、2015年10月14日以後は、警告を無視する特に悪質な事業者がいなかった、事業者は警告を受けた時点で迷惑メールの送信停止などの改善をしている、という理解でよいと思います。

以下は私の経験なのですが、
メールアドレスを次々と変えてくる業者がいて、
アドレス拒否をしても、ドメイン拒否をしても迷惑メールが届いてしまう状態でした。
一日に一回、ご丁寧に送ってきていました。

そんなとき迷惑メール相談センターの存在を知り、通報したら
二週間くらいしてピタッと迷惑メールが止まりました。
本当に迷惑メールセンターのおかげかは分かりませんでしたが、
とても感謝したことを記憶しています。

・内部動作の詳細解説
通報できるのは便利だが、内部動作が不明瞭であり、不安を覚えるとのユーザー様のご意見を受けて、内部動作の詳細解説を以下に記します。

本アプリでは入力された迷惑メールのメールアドレス、タイトル、本文を迷惑メール相談センターの以下のページに入力し、通報をしています。

通報までの流れは以下となります。
１．ユーザー様がアプリに迷惑メールの内容を入力し、「通報！」ボタンを押します
２．アプリが上記ページを開き、入力内容をコピー＆ペーストします
３．アプリが上記ページ下部にある「入力内容の確認画面へ」ボタンを押します
４．次のページに移動し、更に、アプリが「実行」ボタンを押します
５．「情報提供にご協力いただき、ありがとうございました。」と書かれたページに移動できたら、アプリが「通報しました。」と文字を画面に表示します

Since updating of the above action instruction history was lastly stopped on October 14, 2015, we contacted the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications,
· Since there was improvement (stop transmission of unsolicited mails, etc.) at the time of warning the business operator, it has not reached the administrative penalty.
· Administrative penalties will be made only in malicious cases where warnings are Ignored .
· We issue warnings every month hundreds .
An answer was obtained.
So, after October 14, 2015, understanding that businesses ignoring warnings did not have any particularly malicious operators, and businesses are improving such as stopping the transmission of spam at the time of receiving a warning I think.

The following is my experience,
There are suppliers who change mail addresses one after another,
Even if I rejected the address, it was in a state where spam mail arrived even if I rejected the domain.
I was sending you politely once a day.

After about two weeks the junk e-mail stopped.
I really did not understand whether it was due to the spam center,
I remember what I appreciate very much.

The flow to reporting is as follows.
1. The user enters the content of the junk e-mail into the application and presses the “report!” Button
2. The application opens the above page and copies and pastes the input contents
3. The application presses the “Confirmation screen of input content” button at the bottom of the above page
4. Go to next page, and furthermore, the application presses “execute” button
5. If you can go to the page written “Please help us to provide information, thank you”, the application displays the letters “Notify” on the screen

このアプリケーションは、PC/Mac ユーザーのために利用できて、そして作り付けのグーグル PlayStore を持っています。これは、コンピュータ上の電話のように動作し、あなたのコンピュータ上で 通報！　迷惑メール を実行できるようになります。

インストールプロセス全体で、アクティブなインターネット接続が必要です。

2. エミュレーターアプリをコンピューターにインストールする

これは、インターネット接続と PC に応じて2〜5分かかる場合があります。アプリを起動し、Gmail でサインインします。

3. Bluestacks ホーム画面で、検索アイコンをクリックし、 “通報！　迷惑メール ” を入力して、[検索] をクリックします。[インストール] をクリックして表示される多くのアプリケーションから適切なアプリを選択します。

4. ダウンロードしたすべてのアプリケーションがホーム画面に表示され、エミュレーターの “マイアプリ ” タブを使用して最小化またはアクセスできます。

5. アプリを起動し、pc で 通報！　迷惑メール の使用を開始します。
