  Leagues added to increase gamification but with issues

  Chess.com is one of the best places to learn chess if you’ve never played, and I have introduced many friends for that reason. Lessons revamped and look nicer but you start from scratch again, previous lesson records gone. The new leagues feature has everyone in a frenzy trying to level up, but many problems ensue as players have become more rude, abandoning games if losing (which means you won, but Chess.com doesn’t give your points for winning in that case, strange as it encourages bad behavior) and sending crass messages. Don’t reply to those players, Chess.com will just censor you. Chess.com is very secretive about how matters are handled, a cheater issue was never resolved and no communication about it. The league feature has certainly increased addiction levels and hot headed play, but emails sent about it remain unanswered.

  最高ですが最強ではない。

  チェスアプリの中では最強レベルに近いし、大好きです。勿論、みなさんに心からおすすめします。ただ、最近はとにかく急に落ちるのと、パズルなどの点数が追加されなかったり色々と不満が多いのであえて星三つです。計算機能をとにかく正確に欲しい。 可能なら他の言語アプリと同じく携帯から写真を遅れて、チャット欄を使えて、言語も選択できるようにして欲しい。これらが出来たら五つ星どころでは無い素晴らしいアプリだと思います。これからも宜しくお願いします。 I wish you all the best for the chess.com team.Good luck!!!

  Connectivity Problems abound AGAIN!!!

  Been informing about this for years! Serious connectivity problems. "Reconnecting...." Still! I don’t understand their proprietary connection signal, but my local carrier says full signal but Chess.com gives a wavering red signal in their app! If their system can’t maintain the connection, it is Chess.com’s problem NOT the player! They say poor connectivity so YOU LOSE! It’s unfair! If Chess.com can’t maintain the connect call it a draw!   Shit App, Shit Game.

  Fix your game since you are also asking players to subscribe and pay money.. I just paid mine yesterday, January 16, 2021... I never experience any negative thing when I play for free but just this morning, January 17, 2021 around 9:50 Japan time... my queue is searching players then suddenly searching cancel automatically without mu touch... and then when I click play again.. the center icon say .. “ challenge cancel “.. and it continues until now as I am writing this... to all of you developers there.. fix this as you are asking for money and being paid.. shame on you if you did not know that.. test your gamefirst before launching an update.

  Loose because of unstable time counter

  I sometime getting loose because either me or my opponent has unstable time counter. For example, I have 9sec left and suddenly I have only 1sec or even 0sec then I become loose. I also notice that opponent has, for ex, 3sec and after my move, he has 10sec, what an increse!!! Please fix this sh**, devs! I sometimes almost ruin my ipad because of this
