  Over charged

  I know how much and how many I’ve buy coins and spin, you took my money in debit account . Don’t know how to get back. I put 50$ and I spent only 39$ but it say zero balance. So I put another 40$ and buy worth 7.30$ of spin, then when I going to buy another my balance say it only 4$? That’s why I afraid to buy again . June/4/2020 Today I put 30 dollars on my account so I can buy spin, when I do transaction they decline, to found out you took again ! Please check before you took my money ! I know how much I buy in your apps . So disappointing every time I deposit my money in my debit card your company always took it!! Not funny anymore! You have nice app game but you charging so much it’s always double money you took from my debit account!! 7/11/2020 Today I purchased safe fly worth 1840¥, I didn’t recieve mystery quest ! I want to get the Joker Card that’s why I bought it, you always disappointed me , I forgive you for over charging me , for over charging tooking money in my debit card. You a Scam who took money from us, you are the only games that’s money involve, I played Texas Poker , Candy Crush . but they did not pushing us to buy any !

  Bad strategy. Liar

  Used to enjoy this game until recently. Reported a lot but no actions were being done. But what pisses me off big time is the event last dec 10. 3 events were made in the same time except for one event that was supposed to end 12 hours later that the rest. That event was ended 12 hours earlier and lost 20k spins in process. Reported it again but they reply is “ After checking this event in our internal systems, I could see that it ended in its due time. I am really sorry that you could not complete the 20k spins mission this time, but don't worry! I'm sure you'll make it next time.” Sent screenshot but no reply from them still.

  Your Greed Outweighs The Fun of the Game

  I won the 10k spins but you did not give it to me . I made a complaint , sent you emails but obviously you are just making excuses. You should include the time on the screen while we are playing it, it should be readily seen , not that we have to click the event or at least it should appear 10 sec. before the event ends so that when you claim we didn't win the game and that ran out of time, there will be no more conflicts like the issue I had. Also, products are too expensive. You take advantage of the players' addiction to the game! You are too greedy!!!

  Issue

  I enjoyed playing the game!!! The issue is there is a problem loading once you got the attack ,,,, it always says check your internet connection even your connected...hope you fix this problem

  Poor game interface and support

  Me and my brother are regular player and also make purchases I have written so many time that my spins are lost also i have raided in x100 but after raid coins and event things don’t count i have lost so many spins but yet they say just restart game today also i raided in x100 and again a golden chest apper and i got no coins in another one and less but also coins and women dont counted in my total now thats it i am uninstalling i have send mail to support but they say restart the game
