App is freezing in iOS for months
I have used Coursera in Android OS, iOS(iPad) and laptop for years and recently App is not showing any video in iOS. They often lose the account information and shows none of the courses are booked. I uninstalled and downloaded again multiple times but still facing to the same problems and nothing is fixed. When will this being fixed?
Certain features do not work
I like the concept of being able to do courses on the go but keep running into bugs. Issues I’ve run into are 1) Not being able to see the attachment for a reading 2) The question text of the group discussion covering all the reply comments making them unreadable.
In-depth
The course covers topics in-depth and repeats concepts over and over in order to make them sink in. I like the fact there’s a transcript as well and the in-between videos quizzes.
Good app
Easy to study anytime and anywhere. Could be perfect if it automatically don't go to top page and don't "lose" everything you wrote/did, as sometimes I'm going back to the dictionary to check some words and app is still on on background, but it drops everything you've done even if you quickly checked one word.
Bad UI on canceling subscription
On my iPhone SE, confirmation message of cancelling subscription was hide by message about discount of next billing. Due to that UI, I didn’t notice the confirmation and paid for unnecessary one more month. Please adjust the UI on small phones like iPhone SE. (app is basically good except that point)
