got Invitation, but can't join..
I got the Invitation from my friend, and opened the link to join. but, however I try I couldn't join. the first time I entered my phone number, the verifycation code was seems to be sent but my phone didn't receive it. after trying several time, finally i got the verifycation code. ...well, how many times I recent and reenter the code, it says the code is wrong...
The worst support ever..
I am wiring this because customer support hasn’t been replied me for three months! I inquired to delete my account via email on February 3rd. They haven’t replied me even now - May 21. I emailed them so many times like 10 times to have them check and delete it but there is no response except for one time. That was also very late - 2 weeks later or so. I have never experienced such a terrible support from any companies. Very disappointed. I would like to delete my account as a person that I do not know invited me but so far, I still have my account on the app due to the lack of the support. I will never want to open the app again and try to ignore the fact that my account is there. That is very sad thing that this is my first time to review among any app and the reason is I can get reply to costumer support. I don’t recommend this app. Zero star.
Phone number is not supported
My friend was planning to pass on an invitation code to me, somehow I couldn’t reserve, tried millions times, it kept saying that my phone number was incorrect or was not supported... So could anyone tell me what kind of phone number do u support? The gold one with diamonds on?? I’m holding a very usual Japanese phone number under one of the biggest Telecoms... I hv no idea what’s wrong with my phone number... plz, if it’s a bug, plz someone fixes it, it really ruined my day!
Love this app!!!
I’m super obsessed with clubhouse! The best thing about this app is that it’s invite only, and there are many important people in the app. I feel like the reason why these people stay is because this app is invite only. If it stops becoming invite only, this app will most likely be taken over by people younger than 17. I love how this app is for adults and people are very mature, respectful, and accepting. I also love love LOVE!! How listeners can just listen, and when they want to join they raise their hand! And I love how there is no video chat or typing chat room in this app. I love how I can’t see the person in talking to but I can get along with them with my voice. And I absolutely love how there is no chat room! I really dislike chat rooms, since so many people spam. The only downsides to this app is how we can only join the rooms of people who we follow, so people would have to know what people have the same interests as them so that they can follow and join same rooms as them/rooms hosted by them! I had a hard time finding a room I want to join, but thanks to my mom (the person who invited me), I was able to find a room I like because she was following someone who has the same interests as me. The other downside is, the app is waaay too addicting haha 😂 I woke up at 4 am to join a Japanese chat since I was interested, and I passed out at 3 pm because I only slept for 3 hours sob

This is a review by a local Japanese person who is personally developing ios apps. I think Clubhouse is a good app but there are some points that need improvement. Good points 1. Simple, no needless points, few time lag(compared to other voice chat apps) 2. Superiority of invitation bad points 1. Operated in English only 2. no flexibility in search(maybe in non-English language) comment I can give you a big hand as an local Japanese ios developer. Please contact me if you want!
