Too many adds
What used to be a great app is now just an app for advertising. You can’t use good features without paying a monthly fee and even the free tabs are riddled with ads and pretty much unusable. It’s a shame the creators decided to sacrifice quality for profit.
This app just keeps getting worse
I want to get access to the tabs I’m paying for. The unskippable questionnaire at the start has just gotten much longer and it’s a massive waste of time. I’ve been using the service for a year. I don’t need you to recommend things to me or place me in any group, just let me access the tabs I want to practice. And stop trying to upsell me on your lessons, I’m not gonna buy them. Actually I’m just gonna cancel my subscription.
Very nice
I rate this a 4 because I’m still a kid and I don’t have permission to spend money on apps so I can’t see some of the tabs but it’s great. Works well even without paying!
There are many bugs
I’m on iOS with an iPhone. Sound doesn’t activate sometimes I have to reopen several times the app for it to work. Same for the chromatic tuner. Doesn’t work on first try .... sometimes I have to open it 10 times for it to work. could be great to link the tuning info of each song directly to the tuner so beginners like me can adjust directly. ( just an idea) Also the beginner lessons are good but : the loop timing doesn’t match... so unfortunately even if I want to follow maybe every minute the rythm will change when the loop restarts with a time lag. So it’s a bit annoying over 15 min ... I like the motivational messages every 5 min. But I have to touch my phone to skip them and then I’m not on time for the start of the following 5min ... not very practical. Maybe just keep them for 10 seconds rather than a full minute for them to automatically skip. For now I see 15 days of beginner lessons. I’m hoping there are more of it. ( I hope I will unlock something ?) We pay for a full year. I expected to have way more lessons than only 15 days and 3 chords !! I hope you will soon update/ upgrade this part for us to have different level/stages of pursuing beginner part. ( also small lessons on how to take the guitar and position of the wrist etc.) Thank your for reading
Wow
Don’t know if you new talent there or what but the tabs (pianist here so chords) are so much more accurate before. It’s almost getting to the point that it rivals iRealBook in accuracy, with the added features that the words are there and it has scroll - with adjustable feed none the less. I used New York State of Mind at a 5 Star Hotel Lounge in Tokyo the other night, something I couldn’t do before because of the lack of accuracy. To chart. Great job. So glad I have the pro version. Thank you administrators, creators , and talent. I have a lot of songs that I’ve hand written that are accurate, but just don’t have the time to type them out to present. Probably of no use to you. Anyway, thanks.
