Malfunctioning app
A week ago it was a good app that made reading Time Asia on the iPad a joy, but they did something to it that messed things up so that, instead of being Time Magazine Asia, it goes to Time Magazine Europe and offers what I should get free with my print subscription to something costing ¥700. What a ripoff.
Disgusting!
We can’t use the “reader’s view” function! We so often have to restore the subscription record! The order of pages are mess. The pages line up 52, 43, 8, 10…… Why don’t developers fix these disorders? They had better update this app to repair these defects.
使えない
紙版を購入していて、そのアカウントで読もうとしてもサインインできない。サポートに連絡したらサインインできるようになったけど、読むにはまたお金を払わないといけない状況。使えない。 I couldn’t sign in with my paper subscription account. Asked support to fix this, then now I can sign in but I have to pay to read. Useless.
Downloading issue on iOS8 has been fixed
iOS8でダウンロードできなくなってしまった件は9/21にTIMEコンタクトセンターに問い合わせして、本日9/25朝にはFIXしてくれました。TIME AsiaのみのエラーだったようですがUS/Asia連携しての迅速な対応に感謝いたします。 ついでに評価コメントも。 ①以前みたいに縦横切り替えて読めるとBetterなんですけどね。②本当はKindleみたいに辞書と連携できるとBESTだと思います。 Free download issue for TIME Asia application has been fixed on 25th of Sep.
My wish
I wish TIME magazine’s app has the same function as Kindle . That is today we can start reading article from where we left yesterday (in the same article ). I think this function is especially useful when reading a long article. I hope TIME hear me.
