All past data has disappeared. The first full marathon run, Hawaii run, and African marathon are all gone. No prior announcement. Help screen is only in English or German. At least there are no Japanese users in the eye. We do not recommend downloading in consideration of the future. 過去のデータが全て消えた。初めてのフルマラソンの完走記録も、ハワイでのランニングも、アフリカでのマラソンも全て消えました。 事前のアナウンスもありませんでした。 問い合わせたくても、英語かドイツ語のみ。 日本人は眼中にないようです。 今後のことを考えると、ダウンロードはおすすめしません。 9／19追記 Did you contact support for other people's reviews? I also wanted to contact you, so I contacted you via the app's "Support and Feedback". The support page does not support Japanese and skips to pages such as "Frequently Asked Questions", making it difficult to access the inquiry page. After a long struggle, I was able to reach a page like an inquiry, so I made an inquiry in English. Can't use ! 新OSの影響？バグ？
I've been using it for a long time because it's easy to use ... Current, ① Even if the "Measurement start button" is pressed, the app will stop in 15 seconds and will not move. → Only "Start button" is valid ② "Slide → Finish" is not possible. * This is a feeling that it cannot slide smoothly. I can try the slides over and over again and occasionally press the end button. Is this the influence of the new OS? bug? The app will not be fixed even if it is reinstalled. I want you to fix it soon. 使い勝手良く、長く使用してきましたが… 現在、 ①『計測開始ボタン』押しても、 15秒でストップして動きません。 →すぐスタートボタンのみ有効 ②『スライド→終了が出来ません。』 ※うまくスッとスライド出来ない感じです。 何度も何度もスライドを試して、 たま〜に終了ボタンを押せるといった感じです。 新OSの影響？バグ？でしょうか？ 再インストールでもダメでした（悲） 早く直ると嬉しいです(｡ŏ﹏ŏ)
World map that show my activity
I am waiting for another updated app.. that summarize our activities in world/local locations. World map. Also, option to erase part of the activity.. like when you drive the car after activity and it still counts.. in the updated version i think its better. also, options to delete photos, auto stop between running and walking that count them both, i see development on this already Also, count locations

What?! All my past 7 years of running histories are gone... Why did you do this to us, Adidas...?! This app and the data motivated me to keep on running and it meant a lot to me... I just can’t believe this... I can’t take it... Just made me cry... I will never buy any adidas related stuff, ever...! Now, I’m using “Runkeeper”. I’ll support ASICS! 初めてランニングを始めた時から使っていたアプリ…過去7年分のデータが消えました。最後に使ったのは5月で約3ヶ月振りに開いてみたら…他の方のレビューを見て絶望しました…。ひどい…ひどすぎる…。この過去のデータがモチベーションになってたのに…。Runtastic Proで課金したのは¥500だけでしたが、そう言う問題じゃない…。レビューなんて書いたこと無かったけど、書かずにはいられませんでした…。泣きました…。adidasに関係する物は絶対に2度と買いません！アプリはRunkeeperに乗り換えました。これからASICSを応援します。
Good app with bad support
I have been happily using Runtastic via premium account for more than 4 years. However, it required me to enter the account all of sudden and will not allow me to log in since yesterday. I sent requests to reset password to my gmail account but reset mail has never been delivered despite of many attempts. I tentatively requested the same for my free account to different mail. It finally worked after several attempts and application worked, but obviously I lost access to the past running records. Will you reinstate my premium account please? I just cannot believe established company like Adidas treats customers such terribly.
