Beyond buggy to flaky
This app makes millions of dollars and has a huge team but functions like it is one person’s not very serious hobby project. So buggy I’ve had to contact customer support twice to have my 1000+ streak restored. Randomly says I’m not subscribed and requires a restart. Bow has taken to not giving the streak without a restart. NEVER remembers which puzzles from the archive I’ve completed. This is so trivially easy to implement—think email programs. Tries to upsell packages I’ve already paid for access to. Doesn’t include the majority of other games material. Got a message they would be putting ads in the app. I will cancel immediately if that happens. The NYT site already spams me with ads as a paying customer.

the app keeps crashing and dropping everytime i try to open a crossword. only once in ten times it works...
