Most of the in-game parts such as roster management and operational instructions are automatically simulated by the AI headcoach of your choice. 4. You directly determine the annual draft, free agency contract, player trade, import/release of imported players, and appointment/dismissal of a headcoach, which has a key impact on the club's long-term strength. 5. Players' OVERALL can't be developed as you want, and such realism is a key feature of this game. 6.
