三年使用していますが、不具合は、ほとんど無し
いままで、3年ぐらい使ってますが、測定や不具合は、全くありません。 問題を抱えてる方は、やり方や設定が分からないのだと思います。 iPhoneが出た時も同じ現状で不具合だらけで大変でしたが、いま、改善されてます。 vyvoスマートウォッチもこれからですね 私は vyvoスマートウォッチで本当に助かっています。 これからのバージョンアップを期待しています。😄
我慢にも限界が…早急に対策を
Ver.1.0.9 一日に何回も…心臓系のデータ表示が消えるたびに再インストール。 いい加減嫌気がさす。せっかく日本法人が立ち上がったのにこんな状況が続くとは…早急に改善をお願いします。
時計自体がおかしくなる
このアプリで時計に接続しデータを収集すると、時計の表示がおかしくなり「心拍数、消費カロリー、ECG」のみしか出なくなる。データ自体はある程度はアプリに転送される。血圧が測れなくなるのでHEKA smart アプリで接続し直すとメニューが復活する。が今度はデータの取得が出来なくなる。２つのアプリを入れたうえ、交互に使わないと使い物にならない。
再起動、インストールし直しの繰り返し
装着して3日目ですが、他の方も仰る通り、上記を繰り返し、やっと調子よくできることを確認し一日中アプリを起動させて使って好調でしたが起床すると心拍、エネルギー、気分だけの測定に戻りました。朝から何度もやり直していますが、最初は良くても2日分のデータをダウンロードし、細部項目を閲覧して戻ると、先の3項目だけに戻っています。酷いと心拍のみです。定価4万ですよね？…vyvoJapanに問い合せていますがもちろん返答なしです。vyvoビジネスに騙されているのかと思うほど。しかも本体に付属する取説は、簡易版で使用方法を記載したホームページや動画、サイトなど一切なし！ヘルプも使えず…どういう商品を売っているのでしょうか…アプリがちゃんと使えれば問題ないのですが…不整脈を抱えているので測れる時はすごく便利なのですがこれでは不安です。
計測機能がおかしい
血圧が度々140を超える。心拍数も40回/分とかになる。 こんな間違ったデータ集めて何になるの？ あと、このアプリ入れてから電池の消耗が激しい。 親戚との付き合いから着けてるけど不都合しかない。
