  Apps dan staffnya tidak professional

  Saya sudah registrasi dengan isi banyak data, sampai 7 kerja tidak diapprove. Kemudian saya kontak lewat whatsapp, dan staffnya nanya tentang personal information 7 macam. Nama,NIK, alamat rumah, nomor telpon dan lain2. Saya kasih snap shot data saya dr aplikasi lindung, staffnya minta saya tulis dengan ketikan😭😭😭 Setelag itu disuruh tunggu dan check status approval setiap saat. Saya tunggu 2 hari, dan masih belum diapproved. Saya kontak lewat whatsapp, dan ditanya ulang lagi personal information 7 macam seperti diatas. Saya kasih snapshot personal information lagi, dan disuruh ketik pakai tangan😅😅😅 Ampun… in the end, saya dapat email yg bilang tanggal lahir saya tidak sama. Saya check, ntah kenapa tanggal lahir diaplikasunya bisa salah. Saya langsung perbaiki dan minta diapprove dengan kontak Lewat whatssapp, disuruh upload data vaksin 3 kali sekali lagi ( tentu saja setiap kontak lewat wa, diminta personal information 7 macam ketik pakai tangan lagi😅😅) Dengan kesabaran tingkat dewa, saya mau upload data vaksin lagi. Tapi ternyata appsnya tidak punya fungsi supaya saya bisa upload data ulang…. 😂😂😂. TOLONG DIPERPBAIKI SISTEM Dan CARA KERJA STAFFNYA.   Doesn’t work

  I have tried to report an error with them and they keep asking for my personal information again. The app was working prior to iOS 15. Now it is not pulling data so there is an error message inside consistently saying error. The incompetence of the people who manage the app simply reply with a generic email to re-send all my data. They don’t look at repairing the app. For a government of Indonesia to have this app which is responsible for the safety of the people, they have great in confidence to deal with simple errors. They’re supposed to be protecting us. And they’re just doing a fake app and it doesn’t work.

  Taking too long to get the approval!

  It took three days to get the result only to know that it has been rejected just because I did not submit my KTP scan copy but instead a passport scan copy which the app says I can enter 'either' ID No. or Passport number. I don't understand why can you just put both as necessary and make it clear from the beginning. I submitted 4 times all the data and kept seeing red alert error. Now I have to submit again ALL the data with the KTP scan copy and wait again for God knows how long... very poor and BAD App for a government run app!

  Why Should I DL This?

  My Japanese husband chose Japanese but the page keep using in English. Then he chose other languages, it stays English. When I registered to the apps, it keeps saying that my name doesn’t match with my KTP number, so I can’t register. I prefer primitive QR code to proof my vaccination certificate rather than latest coolest broken apps like this. We just wanna go to Indonesia, please make it simple.

  Broken App

  Verifikasinya sudah di approve dari kementrian kesehatan RI dan diminta set up data kemudian claim certificate susahnya minta ampun selalu bilang vaksinya salah (padahal mengisi sembari liat certificate vaksin) di coba berkali-kali sampai akhirnya disuruh coba lagi besok. Padahal udh mau terbang ke CGK. Tolong pekerjakan app dev yang professional supaya nyaman dipakai. Shameful!
