Say "Hey Siri, Log exercise 10 bicep curls 50 lb" and Siri will record it and store it in apple health. Setup your own pre-defined fitness programs with multiple exercises and give it a siri name, and just say Hey Siri "Log Program" to record it. Want to edit your last workout because you missed an exercise, quickly edit it using the edit feature in workout tab. No more entering every exercise, every set and every rep. Use AlbaX. Want to see your workout trends and consistency, to help you stay motivated click on the reports tab and your workouts are summarized by exercise groups. AlbaX application is subscription based. It offers free 6 months trail period and then Monthly or Yearly subscription plans. Your Apple ID will be charged 24 hours prior to the expiration either the 6 months trail period or next subscription period. Your subscription will be automatically renewed and charged unless it cancelled 24 hours before the expiration date. The subscription can be cancelled anytime by going to iPhone Settings/Manage Subscriptions.
