beginner unfriendly
There are too many lists on the “Start Your Day” page, and I’m unsure where to begin. Should I start with the wake up or today’s meditation or begin with the basics to learn? I don’t have enough time to do this all. Additionally, I accidentally subscribed to the yearly plan and can’t cancel or switch to the monthly plan.”
Life changer
I am based in Tokyo. I am interested in Zen. When I think of Zen at home, Head space come to my mind. It helps me every morning. If it is possible, I would like to share my great experience with my Japanese friends. I hope the day that Japanese version Headspace is available in Japan. I am happy to help it.

Excellent app to continue meditation practice
It's finely designed for users to be able to consistently continue the meditation practice. I have been using Headspace for long time and it's also amazing how app has evolved and keeps changing with same philosophy but different touches. Certainly worth purchasing.
