With our app, children can earn credits by completing outdoor quests or household chores, and redeem them for screen time. Parents can create customized quests, such as a fun hike or a scavenger hunt, to make outdoor activities exciting for their children. Our app is subscription and advertising free, we do not sell any data, and only collect data that is required for the app to function. Currently, this app is only available on iPhone. Research shows that spending time outdoors has numerous benefits for children's physical and mental health. With InsideOut Adventure, it's easy to get your children excited about exploring the great outdoors, while similarly endorsing the digital world as an important part of our children’s lives. Key features: Parents can create customized outdoor quests to make family hikes or days in the park more adventurous. Children can earn credits by completing outdoor quests Parents can reward children for anything they would like to, such as household chores or any other activities and tasks. Children can redeem their credits for screen time on any digital device, monitored with phone timer functionality, so that we do not have to collect private data of children’s screen time activity and parents get peace of mind. Two outdoor quests available: Hike Quest and Search Quest. Hike Quest: Create a hike quest by placing markers on the map, and children collect them to complete the quest. Children can see their own position and the position of the markers on the map. Search Quest: Create a scavenger hunt by placing markers on the map, and children collect them to complete the quest. Children can only see the distance to the next marker, and need to minimize this distance to collect the marker and unlock the next one. No fees, no advertising, no data selling.
