Harriet is a qualified Naturopath and Stott Pilates Instructor and has collaborated with several specialists to create a comprehensive platform where activities range from Pilates to Yoga, Cardio to Personal Training, Sound Healing to Breath Work/Meditation, Menopause to Men’s Health, Nutrition to Ayurvedic Medicine, Community to Online Retreats and much more. As a wife and mother of 3 sons, Harriet is keen on Men’s Health; helping men to keep fit both mentally and physically especially once they reach 40 plus. This section has been created organically by members asking questions on how they can best support their male partners when they are often struggling with shifts in hormones and other age-related issues. We understand the importance of flexibility, so our offline viewing feature allows you to download classes and watch them later, even when you are out of range. You can create your own personalized workout routines by selecting your favourite classes and arranging them in the order that suits you and even customise your own playlists. The Calendar feature is popular; it allows members to organise their workouts in advance. Simply add the live classes or recordings to your monthly planner and then simply click on the links to take you straight to your Pilates, Yoga, or mindful activity like meditation. This helps to keep members motivated and on track!
