親切…尚且つ車移動をして頂いた…
夫婦で、草津に行った時に…もう一泊追加して頂きました。別々の旅行会社でしたが、2泊に成った時に、同じ部屋にしていただき楽しめました。草津の温泉畑もとても良くて、一人旅も楽しめそうな感じでした。屋内プールも有り、秋でしたがとても楽しめました。
エラーが発生しました
先日まで普通に使えましたが、セッションの有効期限が切れました、再度ログインくださいと出て、全く使えなくなりました。 iPhone XS
キャンセルの通知がこない！！
Ver. 10.7を使用中。 これまではアクティビティにキャンセルが表示されていたが、このバージョンにしてから表示されなくなった（フィルタをオフにしているにもかかわらず）。 早急に改善をしていただきたい。 それ以外は満足。
Terrible user experience
I have used many vacation home listing apps, this is the worst of the worst. To start with, the calendar has multiple property availability showings on the same calendar! How confusing! Listing description is the most important key to let guests to understand clearly about the property. However, you cannot freely edit it but need to send as a request! Pricing, you cannot add additional person in charge. So if you have a big place, sometime you have less than maximum persons you still have to charge the same rate to them. On top of that, there is no option to choose for cancellation policy and refund. Payment, no prepaid setting so I guess you have to hope the guest will show up and hope they will pay you, in person! How trouble it is??? Lastly, it is so difficult to find a direct email to consult, and of course there’s no telephone number so you are left in the dock for days! I am pretty sure because I tried many times, if I’m wrong then your apps is so user unfriendly. Even you try to send this review and asked for your nickname, so many repeated name you can never find a name to SAN. So stupid.
Option getting worst
1) Earlier guests’ phone number appeared and could find easily. Now it is difficult. 2) No-show option in the app is not working.
