悪くないが改善余地あり
UIはシンプルで使いやすいが、以下は結構大きな問題である。 ・チケット検索ができない ・チケットのアサイン通知が届くと、既にHomeタブから処理済みであってもNotificationsタブから”Mark as read”または”Delete”しないと通知件数が減らない また、最近のアップデートで、Activity streamの一部がなぜかドイツ語表記になってしまった（iOSの設定でアプリの言語は「英語」にしている）。氏名の下に”Feldänderungen”などと表示されている。
