  Please read about my worst Apple experience. After purchasing a new iPhone 14 pro max, I was about to trade in my 13 pro max, when I had a problem, I called Apple support 3 times, but they hung up on me, gave me wrong information, and after talking for a few hours, they said it was ok and that they could fix the problem, but after a few hours, I got into incredible trouble that my trade-in was cancelled. The reason is because of the mistake of the Apple support staff, but I had to take responsibility for everything. And all 4 staff members were not knowledgeable enough and told me different things. I was shocked at the low level of support! This was the worst Apple experience I have ever had. Please do something Apple!

  Don’t use Orico when buying Apple goods

  I had an incredibly poor experience when ordering an iPhone 14, during checkout I was offered 0% APR through Apple’s preferred partner Orico - this is where the trouble started. Let’s face it, the Japanese banking system is decades behind the developed world. I foolishly thought that Apple would partner with a more reputable company as this service was offered when buying within the store. 5 days later I was rejected for monthly 0% APR and lost my order date, which I will now have to restart. (Apparently no pay to change the payment method!) It seems that if you are not Japanese, despite easily meeting the requirements in any other country in the world you get rejected. Ironic that Apple talks diversity and then partners with bigots.

  予約開始時に役に立たない失望

  iPhone 14の予約開始日 さっそく予約をしようとこのアプリを開きました。 Apple公式で配っているアプリだし、iPhoneから買い物をしようとすると自動的にこれが開くようになっているからです。 しかし、最後の決済のところで処理に失敗して買えない。 混み合っているから仕方ないとも思ったが1時間経っても2時間経っても、最終的には5時間ほど経っても同じエラーが出ました。 しかし、他の人は買えているようで、お届け日はどんどん遠くなっていきます。 おかしいなと思ったら"iPhone以外のWebブラウザからなら問題なく注文できる"ようでした。 えーーー、これって最悪のサービス体験ではないでしょうか？？ Appleが「こちらから買ってください」「iPhoneは色々できて最高です」と宣伝して提供しているアプリで買えなくて、他の方法では買えるってどういうことでしょう？ 普通に嘘つきだし、力不足ですよね。 次に買うときは絶対Apple Stroeアプリは使わないし、iPhoneも使わないって思いますよね。 こんなに嫌な気持ちになったことはなかったのでレビューを書きました。 信頼をさせられた上で裏切られました。 騙された気分です。 この接続性の問題が解決されたことがAppleからしっかりと告知されない限り、大事な場面ではこのアプリを使わない方が良いでしょう。 オススメできません。

  検索の絞り込みの機能が悪すぎる

  絞り込みをしても、キーワードに近いものが順序よく並んで表示されず、ひたすら指を動かし探していくしかない。 又、全くズレた絞り込みもされる。一例としては、スポーツバンド　と入力し、あなたのデバイス　で自分のApple watchを選択すると、バンドのコレクションを入れる為のバッグが出てくるだけ。バンドが一つも出てこないのは、酷い。 Apple Watch バンド　というワードで試しても、上位結果に同じ商品が出て、その下にはまたバンドと関係ない充電器、ケーブル、airpodsなどなど。 更に、あなたのデバイス　でApple Watch を選択していると、フィルタ　のApple Watch のところはブラックアウトされ使えない。 あなたのデバイス　の選択を解除して、フィルタ　でバンド　を選択してやっとバンドが表示された。 あなたのデバイス　を選択した際の絞り込み機能を是非改善してほしい。

  下取りプログラムの日付の誤認

  初めて旧機種の下取りサービスを利用したが、期限内に処理が完了せず、下取りを行うことができなかった。 当方の確認不足と言えばそれまでだが、以下の2点について改善を期待する。 ①集荷希望日入力フォームで期限切れの日付を設定できてしまう状態であり、実際に集荷を申込むことができた。 ②予定日時を過ぎても集荷がなく、しばらくしてアプリを立ち上げたところ、下取り期限を過ぎたため集荷をキャンセルしたとの通知がきていた。 ユーザーの誤認を誘発するようなシステムは如何かと感じられるし、また、誤った注文や申込に対してのフォローもユーザーの立場に立った運用とは言えないのではないか。 集荷キャンセルの発生とその理由について解説するウェブサイトが多く見られることから、同様の事態に陥る方が多いのではと推測される。 集荷キャンセルがわかった時点で何らかの申し入れをすればよかったのたが、あまりにも気分が悪く、行動に移す気になれなかった。 Appleは良い製品が多いため、受注フローを大手キャリアに学び、活かして頂きたい。
