Impossible to contact Customer Service.
It is currently impossible to contact Customer Service from outside of a store except via an 0570 phone number which is unreachable from many phones, including mine. As a 34-year member of Costco, this is totally unacceptable. Online CS is slammed into a completely incompetent AI bot. The link to online CS from this app or from within the notices page routes to a “Customer Portal is not enabled for this interface.” message. I live 2 1/2 hours from the nearest warehouse, and have no way to file a complaint regarding today’s purchase. To add insult to injury, the “App Feedback” link on this app routes not to here but to the web site’s worse-than-worthless AI bot. Kindly resume answering your 03 phone number and restore the customer comment input page on the web site. Developers may reply here when this is accomplished.
Awful, pointless app
The app is awful!! After several failed attempts to renew my membership I was able to renew my membership via the webpage online but I can’t get either to process my shopping cart at all. The app keeps telling me the information on my profile does not match. But there is no phone number I csn call to fix the problem. This is very frustrating as delivery is no longer available at the warehouse, so I was hoping to make an online order. I’m so frustrated with this Costco Japan app! Please either update it or bring delivery back to the warehouses! I have submitted this same feedback to the spp itself, but I don’t imagine it will get a response :(
is it 2005?
The shopping experience on the Costco homepage and this App seems so cheaply built. It often logging me out and doesn't always put items in the cart. I have been trying since yesterday to make a purchase on the homepage and the app. I've tried the app my work iPhone, my personal iPhone, my iPad and the homepage store on all of them and the purchase keeps saying, "try again laer"
アプリ上でメンバーシップの更新ができない
何度やっても更新ができない。チャットで相談しても、アプリでできないなら店頭で更新して欲しい、の一点張り。店頭に行けるなら行っていると言うと、確認して連絡しますとの返事。チャットを閉じてしまったらどうやって返信がもらえるのか？こちらの情報は渡しているのだからメールでも返信できそうなのに何の連絡もなし。対応にも腹が立つ。アプリ上で更新できないならそのような項目は作らないで欲しい。もう少しアプリの見直しを頻繁におこなったらどうだろうか？快適に使ってもらおうという姿勢が全く感じられない。
前のページに戻れないのは、使いにくすぎる
すぐ前のページに戻れないのが不便すぎる。何度も検索し直さないといけないので、使う気がなくなるほど使いにくい。すぐにでも改善してもらいたいです。 なぜ何ヶ月もアプリの仕様が更新されてないのですか。アプリ利用者を増やしたいのであれば、使いやすく常に更新していくべきだと思います。 本当につかいにくい。他のショッピングアプリを使って真似するなど、してみてはいかがでしょうか。 本当に使いにくいです！！買い物したいのに買い物がしにくいって。。。どうなんですか
