店舗は近場になくオンラインショッピングを利用しています。 お気に入りにしようと思って♡を押してもすぐに元に戻ってしまいウィッシュリストに追加できません。非常に不便なのでその1点だけお願いします😔
Can’t place order.
I like the brand, it’s just that I can’t order cause it keeps saying that my format was invalid even though it really wasn’t. Can someone fix this?
Big bug
I haven't been able to register my address since I installed this app, so obviously, I never made a purchase because they wouldn't know where to send it. The app has been updated I don't know how many times and I still can't register my address. I put all my information and the app keeps asking me to fill in all the fields. I do not know what else to do.
注文後の状況
注文時に日時指定可能だった期間に 日時指定しましたが、ずっと処理中と表示されており状況が分かりにくいです。 日時指定したのにも関わらず当日になっても 処理中の表示のままで注文詳細の画面もないのでいつ届くのか全くの不明。 注文完了メールは着ましたがメール上では 何故か配送予定日が注文日から丁度１ヶ月後になっており意味がわかりません。 指定できないのであれば選択欄要らないのでは？ 姉妹ブランドのZARAは日時指定もでき配送も早かったので安心してショッピングできたのですが今回こちらでは初めて注文しました。 店舗も然程遠くないのでオンラインでは二度と注文しません。 ※インターネットの方からもログインを試みましたが登録したパスワードにも関わらずパスワードが間違っていると表示されログインすら出来ません。 アプリもオンラインストアも外資系だからか日本のオンラインストアに比べると簡易的なシステムになっているせいか詳細はぶきすぎて逆に使いづらいですね。 商品は好きなので残念です。
Payment method (Japanese version app)
I suggest that bershka must have other options in terms of paying, Like paying in the convenience store(like Forever21)or cash on delivery(COD) I think in that way even foreigners here in Japan who does not have credit cards etc. can shop online on your app. I really love bershka so please do something about it! I will change my rating as soon as the payment options changed.
