アプリが機能してない
現地でアクティベートするに当たって、アプリから操作ができるとのことでダウンロードしましたが、ログインする際のメールに届くワンタイムパスワードを見るためにメールアプリに切り替え、またこのアプリに戻ると必ずトップページに戻され、再度操作すると新しいワンタイムパスワードが発行され、、、の繰り返しでスマホが二台ないとログインさえできませんでした。また、後日再度購入しようと思い、アプリで国の検索をしたところ、トップページに勝手に戻されてしまい、購入にまで至りませんでした。今後もユーザーを増やす気があるなら今すぐになんとかしてください。そこをなんとかしてくれるなら今後も使い続けたいと思っています。
使いすぎると速度制限
フィリピンで留学した際に41日のプランを買ったのですが28日ほどでギガを使いすぎたせいで速度制限がかかりました。無制限プランなのに、速度制限がかかるとwifiがないと何もできないです。メッセージも何もこないので不便です。
とても素晴らしい対応
渡航先を間違って購入してしまいましたが、すぐに変更対応をしてもらえました。 まだ旅行まで時間があり実際に使ってはいませんが、旅行中にもしトラブルが起きても24時間すぐにいつでも対応してもらえることが分かったので、とても安心して使えそうだなと感じています。 初めてのe SIM購入で不安も大きかったのですが、こちらに決めれて良かったです😊

アプリで何度も認証コードを求められる、またサポートの返信が遅い
延長データを購入したがそれが反映されずにデータ通信が出来なくなり問い合わせをした。対応をしてもらいデータ通信が出来るようになったが以下大きな問題が2つあった。 アプリで認証コードを何度も求められる 認証コードを入力してログインをする際に、再度認証コードの入力画面に戻されてしまい、何度入力してもログインできない。 1度アプリでログイン後、画面遷移する度に認証コードを求められ、今の状況を確認するのもサポートに問い合わせするのも時間が異常にかかった。 サポートの初動対応が遅い チャットで問い合わせをしたのだが、状況を伝えてから返信が来るまで30分以上待たされました。 チャットの上部には年中無休、や1分以内に返信など記載されているがとても待たされた。 上の2つの事象により、サービス側の不備によるに関わらず1時間30分以上これに対応することになり、予定を変更せざるをえなかった。 海外でせっかく楽しみにしていた予定を変更、キャンセルをせざるを得ないことになり非常に残念な思いをした。 より早く問題解決をされる体制になること、そもそも購入したサービスを使えないということが
