アップデートしたら変なことになった
アップデートしたら名前が消えてしまった。登録し直そうとしてもマイ登録情報の変更ができない。タッチしても反応しない。その上 ログイン状態で お問い合わせを送ろうとしたら 「ログインしていないユーザーです」と出る。なんとかしてください
Awful app, terrible website
I sincerely don’t know how this company sells tickets. I’ve been trying to purchase tickets using the website or the app for a week! At first I thought maybe it wasn’t working on that day, but every time I try is the same thing. There are lots of bugs that don’t allow me to conclude my requests. I keep going to the first page over and over again. It doesn’t work at all.
Mobileアプリが使えなくなった
Systemエラーですか？？ 使えなくなりました。 早々に修正して頂かないと非常に困ります。 いつまで経っても改善VER.にアップデートされないですが、その気が無いんですか？？ ログインすると数秒で切れてしまいます。お陰様で昨日も海外の空港カウンターで軽いトラブルになりました。サービスとアプリが連動してるなら、さっさと改善していただきたい。
ログインすると強制終了
ログインしたら使えないアプリです。 したがって、航空券予約もできないし、モバイルチケットの提示など全くできず、はっきり言ってなんの役にも立ちません。 チェジュ航空のホームページにクレームを書き込みまさしたが、全くらちがあきません。

Unbelievable. Nobody at your company reads these reviews? It’s your vital link with non Korean speaking customers. We don’t all read Hangul and use Android devices. Went out of my way, three times, to try and book a ticket but the app continually has errors, breaks through and lands me on the Jeju Air home page, not even the web app app format portal. Doesn’t anyone even pay attention to traffic logs to see this obvious failure-to-book-error repeating over and over. Seriously, Wtf guys!? Olympics are coming in three weeks, so good luck with that you geniuses. Until they wake up from this drunken stupor, Take your business elsewhere, as example AirBusan has a flawless app and I finally booked effortlessly with them instead.
