Extremely bad experience I’ve ever had
First of all, charged the fee of cancellation 3 times even I’m not the one who cancel. Second, I contacted to customer service and they said that’s not their problem so can’t do anything. Third, after they charged cancellation fee, they also blocked my account by claiming the fact. They basically blocking account anytime they want if customer make claim about truth. That’s why the true review is hidden on App Store
ドライバー次第
全く話さなくていいのも魅力だが、フレンドリーなドライバーさんにあたっても、それはそれで楽しい。 ２回目の利用の時、料金設定が少し高めのドライバーあたってしまったが、ショッピングモールで待つのも疲れるのでその人を選んだのに、いつまでたっても指定の場所に来ず、MAPを頼りに車までこちらから出向くと、駐車場に完全に止めてあり、ドライバーはおらず、トイレかなと思い１５分もそこでドライバーを待ちましたが、結局戻ってきませんでした。国際電話をかけてまで利用する気はなかったので、すぐに違うドライバーに変更したら、2ドル安い料金設定で、おまけにとても親切でした。
Unreasonable cancellation fee
It tries to charge me a cancellation fee even before the driver finished the previous ride. Do I waste the driver time or money by just waiting him to finish his previous drive? To be clear, he is NOT on the way to pick me up! What a ridiculous application!
Had the worst experience
I got the $5 off coupon and was happy but my account got disabled somehow right after I created my account. So I used Uber instead. I am so unhappy about the experience. Stick to Uber, it’s much better.
App is misleading, email promotions are misleading
App now always says driver has arrived BEFORE driver has actually arrived. This instills an unnecessary “fear/stress factor” and I almost always have to call the driver to find out he/she is JUST arriving!! Annoying. Also, I received an email offering 10% discount until today but on all rides I have made until expiration I do not see the discount applied!!!!
