ポイントを貯め、それを利用して予約をしようとしたら、常にroom rate is no longer availableというエラーが発生して使えなくなりました。アプリからフィードバックしたところ、電話予約で賜りますとの、英文回答。国際電話などかけていられないし、問題はアプリの動作なので現状説明しても、無視。 日本のサポートに電話をしてITチームに報告してもらいましたが全く改善せず。 もう、はじめのアラームから4ヶ月経ちますが解決しません。電話の対応はいいのですが、それだけ。 早く直して欲しい。

宿泊前からメールでも 連絡くださり、素早い対応と、ランクアップのおもてなしに大満足です。 まだチェックインしていませんが、楽しみです。
Overall OK but check-in feature is flawed
Hilton went the extra length to offering online check in, but the app results in 100% error. Says “sorry, check in currently unavailable...”. When using the website on a PC, no problem...only the app fails with check-in attempts.
不具合連発でトラブル対応も遅い
アプリを使用して、何でもないデータで不具合が連発しました。トラブル対応でカスタマーデスクに相談すると 丁寧に謝りながらも SEが本国アメリカなので現状何もできないとの対応でした。コールセンターも長時間 繋がらず 何故か東京２３区在住のカスタマーは有料ダイヤルになります。世にも珍しい逆差別。トラブル対応のカスタマーデスクを設けつつフリーダイヤルにすべきだと思う。
アップグレードが出来ない😓
使い勝手も素晴らしく、月末までアプリからの予約で、500ポイントを貰えたり嬉しいのですが、以前出来ていたアップグレードの部屋の選択が出来ません。 フロントでアップグレードを依頼しています。 アプリに対しての不満は、アップグレード出来ない事だけです！ 現状のステータスがダイヤモンドなので、非常に残念です。
