Enables you to travel safely and seamlessly while staying in control of your data. _________________________________________ Currently, access to IATA Travel Pass is by invitation only. Please enter the invitation code given to you by your airline once inside the app. IATA Travel Pass will be available for wider usage in the coming weeks. _________________________________________ Using IATA Travel Pass, passengers are able to: • Create a secure digital version of their passport that stays on their mobile device • Input their flight details to learn of travel restrictions and requirements • Receive verifiable credentials and a confirmation that they meet all travel requirements for their journey. IATA Travel Pass is provided by the International Air Transport Association, and is based on the principles of self-sovereign identity, giving passengers complete control over their data. It provides each passenger with a digital wallet to store all of their travel documentation - including their passports and health information - and choose who they want to share it with to facilitate their journey. Authorised health organisations and providers can issue credentials directly to the passengers’ wallet in a verifiable, safe and private way. Please note that legislation prevents us from reading the chip in French or German biometric passports. This will be mitigated in a future release which will allow these passports to be included in the App along with non-biometric passports.
