Cheap but no good
This app is very cheap to use in Bangkok, Pattaya' Thailand, but it has a lot of problems. Despite designating two destinations in Bangkok, the driver claimed to be only one, and the problem grew by the time he called the police. Othere case in Pattaya, after the driver arrived, he asked me the destination again, and he ordered me "Cancel because the place is too far", and I experienced such an experience about 3 times. And then many drivers don't know how to read the map. This app is very cheap, but this app's drivers are not safe and easy to use.
Nice APP !But...
I used it in Malta. Ride with three people. The driver was very nice! But I mistaken his reputation on mobile phones! I wanted to give him 5 stars! ! really sorry! ! I tried to correct it, but I couldn't. His name is Max S. His car is Mazda CX-5 black or dark gray. He was around Saint Julian's in Malta. He is a really good driver! Please use his car! !
Used in Thailand can not use credit card
This is my first tome to used this, it’s great cheeper than other app. But one thing in Thailand still can not use credit cards.(4th January 2021) if I can use credit I will choose Bolt.
Overcharged
When I chose payment with card and got the ride, the driver didn’t finish the ride for another 1h and I was charged a lot more than expectation. It’s so terrible
I have got a fraud. Danger of scamming the credits card.
I found somebody use my account in another country which I have never been to. They have already did so many times when I found out it. I sent message through app and e-mail on HP. Then nobody answers it. GIVE MY MONEY BACK
