【使い方】
・アプリを起動すると、日めくりカレンダーが今日の日付に更新されます。
・画面を左右にフリックすると前後の日付のカレンダーを見ることができます。
・もっと先の日付を見たい場合は＋,－ボタンで日付変更ボタンの日付を指定し、
　日付変更ボタンをタップすると指定した日に更新されます。
　※＋、－ボタン長押しすると10日単位で日付を変更できます。
・めくり忘れ日数を通知するアイコン型ウィジェットが利用できます。
　ウィジェットを利用するとめくり忘れた日数がホーム画面を見ただけでわかります。
　設定方法はホーム画面を長押しし「ウィジェット」からEnergy Calendarを選択します。
　ウィジェットからアプリを起動できない場合は、ウィジェットの再配置を行ってください。
