アメミルは、リアルタイム降雨情報を、AR(拡張現実)という新しい方法で表現するアプリです。(特許出願中)
強い雨雲の接近をプッシュ通知で知り、カメラを通してリアルな映像として確認できます。

■主な機能と特徴
・アメミルには、マップ表示の「2D」と、AR表示の「3D」の2つのモードがあります。
・降雨情報は、気象庁レーダーを合成したデータで、250mメッシュの解像度があり、5分毎に更新されます。
・雨通知は、登録地点に1時間以内に雨が予想されると、音声（大西沙織、小澤亜李）によりプッシュで通知します。雨通知は無料です。
・2Dモードでは、現在地マーカーや地図と重ね合わて、13階調で降雨情報を表示します。全国から街区レベルまでスムーズに拡大縮小できます。
・3Dモードでは、周囲10kmの降雨情報を、雨雲と雨のアニメーションとしてカメラの映像に合成します。目標方向を指示すると、雨量を読み取ることができます。
・雨雪判別機能により雪が降っている地域ではARで雪のアニメーションが表示されます。
・過去に発生した災害につながる大雨を再現する、デモモードがあります。
・月額100円の会員に登録すると、この先1時間の雨量予測を見ることができます。
・ARで見ている画面をTwitterに投稿することができ、投稿した日は有料の雨量予測を無料で見ることができます。

・Android 4.0.3では雨通知、この先の雨量予測の機能はご利用できません。
・一部の機種では、3Dモードの表示が遅くなることがあります。
